This blend of nuts and seeds will go great alone or with some nut milk, enjoy as breakfast or an afternoon snack.

  1. Soak all nuts and seeds overnight except for hemp seeds.
  2. Toss all nuts and seeds into a bowl, add oil, salt, and spices. serve fresh as muesli or dehydrate at 115 degrees overnight
