Cauliflower Buffalo Hot Wings

Soft and tender on the inside and crispy on the outside these cauliflower buffalo “wings” are so close to the real deal it’s hard to believe! This recipe is a great substitution for buffalo wings Dip in Sano ranch dressing for even more added flavor. They are perfect for any event or game day!

  1. Breakup cauliflower into florets
  2. Combine flour with garlic powder, onion powder, cumin, and smoked paprika in a blender.. Then, add CHILLED sparking water and mix well.
  3. Coat the Florets in your batter then dehydrator for 5-6 hours.
  4. Remove florets from dehydrator. Whisk together hot sauce, sano butter, and vinegar and pour over cauliflower wings, toss until fully coated.
  5. Put back in dehydrator for 1-2 hours.
  6. You will have to play with the dehydration time to get a soft center and crunchy outside versus crunchy thru out.
