Sounds wild but this egg salad is made out of nuts. This has to be one of the healthiest egg salad sandwich’s around, it is pack with healthy nut protein, herbs and vegetables without sacrificing taste.

- Blend the chickpeas with the salt, lemon juice, tahini, green onions, and pepper.
- Place the mix in between the 2 slices of Sano bread, then top with kale and tomatoes, enjoy!
Tried this recipe a few times, turned out great. spread over Sano Bread or a Swiss Chard leaf.
