Green Juice

This Juice is great for a two, three or more day cleanse. Drink 3-4 glasses(8oz) per day with an organic green leafy vegetable salad and a low calorie dressing. A true alkaline juice.

  1. Thoroughly wash all ingredients with distilled water. Add to juicer and juice. The best juicer to use is the Norwalk Juicer. The second best is a masticating juicer. Drink immediately, consume within 20min.
  2. If all vegetables are not available, don't worry just leave them out and keep it moving. It is best to drink it fresh. If not make your juice one time and drink thru out the day.
