[wpurp-searchable-recipe]Hipp Soup – – Celery root (can sub 3-4 celery branches), Parsley root (omit if not not available), Leek, onions, garlic (to taste), Tomatoes, potatoes, Wash and scrub vegetables and cut into slices or 1/2 inch cubes. Put in large pot, add water to just cover vegetables, bring to a boil, then cook slowly on low heat for 90 min – 2 hours until vegetables are soft.; Pass through a food mill to remove fibers.
