  1. Use young crisp jujubes for this recipe. Cut Jujubes into pieces.
  2. Add the dressing ingredients to a small bowl and whisk well to combine.
  3. Add the salad ingredients to a large bowl then pour the dressing over the top when ready to serve.
  4. Add seed or nut cheese crumbles
