- Zucchini

- Slice the tomatoes and place in the bottom of a saucepan, along with the crushed garlic and sugar (if using).
- Slice the zucchini and place on top.
- Set on a gentle heat.
- When the tomatoes begin to cook, stir, cover and cook for about 20 minutes.
